WHY SOME TATTOOS TURN BLUE
Traditional body tattoos are designed to sit much deeper in the skin. Over time, exposure to sunlight, the body's natural immune response, and pigment breakdown can change how certain tattoo inks appear beneath the skin. This is why older tattoos sometimes develop blue, green, or faded tones.
Scalp micropigmentation uses a completely different technique.
