Meet David Robert

Toronto Scalp Micropigmentation Studio was founded by David Robert, an SMP specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience in scalp micropigmentation.

Before dedicating himself fully to SMP, David spent his 20s and early 30s balancing life in the public eye — including reality television appearances on shows like MTV Canada’s 1 Girl 5 Gays — while also building a career in the finance world. Those experiences shaped his approach: high standards, attention to detail, and an understanding of how much confidence influences the way we show up in everyday life.

After experiencing hair loss personally and seeing what a well-executed SMP treatment could do, David committed to mastering the craft and building a studio centered on one thing: results that look real. Today, he brings technical discipline and artistic restraint to every treatment — conservative hairline design, thoughtful density mapping, and meticulous pigment layering that integrates seamlessly with your scalp and existing hair.

The goal is never to create something artificial or overdone — it’s to restore what’s been lost in a way that looks believable, balanced, and quietly confidence-changing.
